Go to folder from Internet Download Manager

Directory Opus 12.25.3 (Beta)

I have a funny quirk today in that when you click on open folder in Internet download manager after it has downloaded a file, it opens up directory opus but does not go to the files folder instead it stay on the last folder you used. It used to in version 12.25 so what has changed?

Have you rebooted since installing the new version?

Has IDM changed recently?

yes I'm on windows 10 latest version if that helps

Basically when a download finishes a dialog comes up and i select open folder and that should open the folder wjhere the file is located. It opens directory opus as thats the file manager I have asked to replace explorer, but it only open when I last had on directory opus. not the folder I with the download in it. Used to work brilliantly but last update seems to have knocked it out.

Yes to which question?

If you disable Explorer Replacement in Opus, does File Explorer open showing the correct folder?

yes. However it could be to do with the fact that it is not opening the lister and is simply opening directory opus not the folder from directory opus. I will check again fully with other programs. It could be something todo with the latest windows update as I have had to do an SFC fix recently and that could of knocked out directory opus. Just might simply be a windows update that caused the problem, its not a major problem just an annying one. However I can still navigate to the folder manually.

Could be that I need to reinstall or reset directory opus.

I've tried on a clean install of Windows 10 x64, Opus 12.25.3 and IDM 6.39, and opening folders from it into Opus is working as I'd expect it to.

Thanks for having a look. Might have been a blip in windows as I did have strange issue with the usb external drive was working then take out and then tried to plug back in and it started, but just shut down straight away. After just shutting down and restarting that seems to have fixed that problem which might have caused windows to lock up on some apps not sure. Just updated to another windows update as well. I will let you know if problem comes back.

Thanks for your help, sorry to have troubled you.
