Green file/folder names in lister?

What is the meaning of green text file and folder names in the lister ?

I haven't set any custom labels.. these must be a default thing but I can't find anything in the manual.

They're files from the new Microsoft Flight Simulator in
..../AppData/Local/Packages/Microsoft.Flight.Simulator/...

??

The default colors use green for encrypted files and folders (same as in File Explorer):

(This is where the files are encrypted in the filesystem itself, not by a separate utility or archive tool.)
