Help is broken in 12.10 with Waterfox browser

I upgraded to 12.10 today and when it tried to open the changes, it started my default browser and not the help like it was doing with the previous version. It tried opening 127.0.0.1 on some port but of course I have no server running locally. So I started opus up and selected help and it is still doing it. How to I fix this? This is in Win 10 pro x64 1803.

Edit: Looks like it's related to my default browser (waterfox). It works in a couple of other browsers (edge, vivaldi, IE) but not waterfox. There it doesn't display anything.

Edit2: Fixed it by changed the help interface from http to chm in settings.

I'd say that should be reported to the Waterfox developers.

It's actually not waterfox. It's 2 addons that cause it. uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger. With those 2 disabled then help works. If either one is enabled help doesn't work.

Edit: Interestingly, even if I whitelist the 127.0.0.1 or in the actual plugin options disable them for the domain, it still doesn't work. The addons have to be disabled via waterfox's addons manager for help to show up.

Seems odd that they are trying to protect you from your own computer.
