Help with removing "ghost" folder of Creative cloud

hi Didier here

probably a very easy to solve problem but i cant figure it out.
i delete the Creative cloud files after disabling it from adobe creative cloud, the steps for removing the frolder from this pc were just to disable and delete and in did work on Explorer.exe bit in opus i still see it
i have manually closed and opened directory opus in and attempt to maybe update the list of shown results

thanks for the help
Att Didier.

Preferences / Folder Tree / Contents should have an option to hide the folder.

Adobe is annoying as hell with this, I am almost considering dropping my memership because of the bloat they force down your throat.

That being said if you do this for file explorer it should reflect on dopus as well, but as leo said dopus can already take care of itself when it comes to that which is a perk.

open regedit

Go here

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{0E270DAA-1BE6-48F2-AC49-A38C4014C938}

Edit this value

System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree and change the value from 1 to 0

restart explorer

To get rid of adobe stuff from the context menu (convert to pdf, etc) look for 3 files named

-ContextMenu64.dll
-ContextMenuIExplorerCommandShim.dll
-ContextMenuShim64.dll

and move them or rename them, but all these things are bound to come back after a few updates

My advice if you plan to use adobe products is to apply option leo showed for dopus so it remains untouched regardless and then apply the windows registry tweak.

You will still see that folder in certain dialogs and there's nothing we can really do about it ppl have been complaining for years on their forums sadly.

thanks for the replay!
I managed on my own at the end turned out to be easy rn i dont remember what i did but your guide will help some people
