Maybe a silly question but if you dont ask you would never find out. 
Is there a easy way to hide " File Extension's "
There is an option in your folder options (-> tools -> folder options), in the "display" tab, to hide the extensions in the name column, although there is no global option i would know of.
Maybe the devs could put this feature in a future update?. The ability to hide file extentions.
As abr said, the option already exists.
