My tray is already crowded and I don't need the features in the Dopus tray icon context menu.
Any chance we can have the option to hide it.

If you are using Windows XP, you can tell Windows to hide it for you.
I do.
You already do. 
Preferences, Miscellaneous, Windows Integration, Add icon to the Taskbar Status Area.
("Taskbar Status Area" is the official Microsoft name for what most people call "the tray".)
