how to hide unwanted File Typ Format entries from Format lock contextmenu and Content Type field?
For the Content Type formats (Archive, etc.), you can hide them from menus via Preferences / Folders / Folder Formats.
In the list, click where it says "25% content threshold" or similar:
Then turn off Show format in content type lists:
The other formats are the Favorite Formats you've defined. They'll always be listed in the menu, but if you don't need/use them anymore you can delete them via Preferences.
