Highlight line in details mode

After being clued in of the set description function I'm now using it pretty heavily and LOVE it. My system even crashed after setting some folder's descriptions up and it kept them after I rebooted.

I'm using details mode pretty heavily now. Is there any way to highlight a selected line so I can be sure the description I'm reading on the right coincides with the file I think it is on the left? Kind of how your "inbox" line is highlighted when you have new messages.

Turn on Preferences, Listers, Power/Details Mode, Full-row selection (at the bottom).

If you're using the default font size you could also use the White Grey Lines 17 background from here:
