When I want to definite this hotkey combination (shift-F9, or Shift-F10), the shift-key seems not to be accepted.
(Preferences->Customize Toolbars, tab: Keys->Add Key, New Lister Hotkey).
Note: Uptil Shift-F8, no problem,
Shift-F10, F11, F12 are fine as well.
So just Shift-F9 and Shift-F10.
Thanks. Yes probably some application grabbed this hotkey combination, though I don't know which one.
So to try and figure out all hotkeys, and see what application has this hotkey combination, I tried the free
'Hotkey Explorer' (Hotkey Commander Site).
Immediately after install all things were flashing over my screen and there was some weird mumbling voice in the background,
my mouse pointer changed into a 2x4"window-all-color-magnifier. All very strange, never had this before.
Succeeded Immediately restored a recent Windows image. On Virustotal no issues with almost all major scanners (2/54).
Anyway, I now managed to assign the hotkey to a rename preset.
