Sorry for dummy question, but I can't find how to disconnect from an ftp site once I finished using it.
Tried closing the ftp pane, but it seems (correct me if I am wrong) that Dopus still keeps the connection open. After a reboot, when I just start D it flashes up a message that ftp connection re-established. Why?

It's automatic, just go to another folder off the site (like one of your hard drive folders) and the connection should close (although there is no indicator to tell you that).
Works that way for me and I use Opus FTP every day.
