How can I close the prompt window?

How to close the prompt window when running the EXE file in the Zip archive?

DOpus is very convenient to use the compressed file as a directory, but when running the executable file in the Zip archive, the prompt window always pops up. It doesn't feel very good. How can I close the prompt window?

RAR files do not have this issue.

Do you mean you don't want it to appear at all? If you just want to close it, it should close when you choose an option.

Yes, I saw this option, thank you very much!

I have completely uninstalled WinRAR due to advertising, especially the recent vulnerabilities. Only use DOpus to manage compressed documents. Will WinRAR vulnerabilities affect DOpus?

Which vulnerabilities?

If this doesn't relate to "How can I close the prompt window? ", it should be asked in a new thread. But we need more detail to say whether something that affects WinRAR may also affect Opus.

Sorry, I wanted to save trouble and I have written a new thread.

Although the prompt window can be turned off in the option, the software seems to have a bug. This prompt window still appears. It just flashes and closes automatically. The option switch should be set before the prompt window. That is to say, the option controls the display and non-display of the prompt window, rather than whether it is automatically closed after the display.

What are you doing exactly?

And how are things configured?

Which prompt are you seeing, when you do what? What does it say?

I just recorded the screen and saw the window, not the previous prompt window, which is a message window showing 100% decompression.

No change required,Sorry to see the wrong window.

I would not be so concerned. Its not a bug in unrar its a bug in the closed source unace dll. Unrar remove the unace dll so you just need to update unrar and the issue goes away.
No one uses ACE, its over 20 years old and I have never seen one. Also unrar cant make an ACE file so you are unlikely to get one.

The bug was a traversal issue. With a specifically crafted ace file you could make it write to the windows folder. So next time you booted a script could be run.

I don't use unrar myself, but i don't think the recent vulnerabilities are a reason to stop if you like it. Unrar dealt with the issue quickly.

You are right, but I don't like to install multiple software with the same function, and there is also DOPus to replace it. The compressed files are all processed with DOpus, powerful and efficient, and WinRAR has not been used. This time I just found an excuse to completely uninstall WinRAR.
