Edit > Calculate Folder Sizes (Ctrl + K) will list the size of each folder below where you are, and you can drill down from there to find the things taking the most space.

You can also make size calculation automatic for some or all folders: Calculate Folder Sizes Automatically

this is what I use; you can also save the filter for later use:

bigfiles1001×265 18.5 KB

Tools > Find Files, then on the Simple tab you can specify a minimum file sizein KB. Or use the Advanced tab like in Cyimaz's example, which lets you use other units. (One case where Advanced may actually be easier than Simple.)

You can then sort the resultant list by size.
