How can I obtain some of the internal icons from Directory Opus?

For example, the link icon—I want to use it for a button.

With a tool like Resource Hacker or Anolis Resourcer, open dopus.exe, go to the PNG resources and it is part of resources 432, 464 and 465 (which are all the same icons in different sizes).
