How can I pass a path to an HTML file?

I've found a very useful image viewer called "Masonry_Image_Viewer". It has an online version:瀑布流图片浏览器
and a local HTML version. Is there a way to have Directory Opus pass a path to it and open it directly for browsing?

I fixed the account-linking URL to the newer one, since the old one (without /my/) no longer works after Discourse changes a few months back.

Is the old link still used somewhere? Let me know if it is, as I may have missed updating it somewhere.
