How can one identify images in folder A not existing in folder B

Folder A files have been sorted out, duplicates removed and folder generally tidied up. Folder B, the backup, hasn't been tidied up so synchronising folders would undo the tidying up on folder A. What I want to do is check folder B for images that don't exist in folder A for inspection and possibly copying to A later.
I have in the past used Duplicate Cleaner Pro to identify all duplicates of files in A that exist in B. Deleting those duplicates in B mean anything left are images missing from A.
I know that I can copy files from A to B, deleting images in B that are not in A.
Is there any way I can extract the files identified as missing from A. I know they are identified before deletion but how can I copy these files to a temporary folder rather than deleting them.

Sorry a laborious explanation. In short how can I copy A to B copying, not deleting, images not in A.

Tools > Synchronize has a "one-way" option where folder A wouldn't be changed at all (although it's probably not what you want based on your other requirements).

There are items under Edit > Select Other for selecting all the files in one side which do or don't exist in the other side, based on their filenames. (Size, date and contents are not considered here.) That may be what you need.

Thanks Leo. Even by your usual fast responses, this was exceptional!
I tried your suggestion and it achieved what I wanted to do. Many thanks.
