How do customers track the progress of their feature requests or bugs?

Do you make available anything like the Issues tab of a GitHub repository where users/customers can track the progress of their feature requests and bugs? If not, could you? As a paying customer, I'd like to see what's on the horizon and whether or not my feature request (or bug) is getting prioritized.

No we don't have anything like that. Keep an eye on the release notes to see if your suggestions make it through!

Looks like the last release was in March, and before that, December. Do you guys shoot for quarterly releases?
