You can move it after unfloating it.

Just don't move it so far that it snaps out of the window and becomes floating again.

Here's another question, if I wanna make the icons/tags move down a distance (eg: one or two icon's distance) , what I should I do ?

My thought: Make a transparent .png or gif to be the tag's icon, invisiable the name of the tag. But in this way ,the whole tag's height will be shorten.

Use a spacer. Customize > commands > and search for spacer.
