How left window does NOT automatically switch to the end of dir-name?

Hello,
can someone please tell me where and how I can set it so that Dopus in the left window (where the directories are displayed) does NOT automatically switch to the middle or end of the directory name (i.e. to the right), but all directories are always displayed with the (far left) beginning of the directory name and are visible (i.e. that the bar at the bottom is always far left) - especially if you click on a file in the right window?
