How to avoid opening a duplicate tab?

First,I have already set DO to Only-One-list mode.
when I need to open a already opened folder maybe from desktop,DO always create a new tab.
Is it possible to avoid creating new one and bring the one to front?

Yes, but how would one cause that command to be executed when opening a folder on the desktop?
