Hello, I’d like to ask how I can change the background color of the disabled/greyed-out file display bar, as shown in this image. It’s only a cosmetic issue, but the contrast is quite bothersome. Could you please help me find where I can adjust this color? Thank you.
There’s no background color for that state. The icon is simply faded out (i.e. drawn at a lower opacity).
Thank you, Leo, for your reply. If it’s related to opacity, since I’m using a PNG icon, it should only reduce the opacity of the icon itself, not the background. In Directory Opus 12 the background color displays correctly, so perhaps you might have an idea where this can be fixed?
Can you share the icon file in question?
Of course, here's the icon. Thank you
I can't reproduce the problem in your screenshot. I made copies of the back/forward/up buttons and set them all to use that icon, and the disabled one doesn't change its background color:
Do you still see the problem if you apply the default theme? (Preferences / Colours and Fonts / Themes. When applying a theme, there's an option to make a backup of your current theme so you can go back to it afterwards.)
I just tried your suggestion, but the issue remains the same. Here’s my button configuration — maybe it will help. Thank you.
The button has its text and background colors both set to white. Set them back to default/transparent.
Thank you that solve the problem
