Print is probably coming from the filetype's verbs. You may break the ability to print that type if you remove it.
The option to hide Windows items on context menus may hide it (and other things) without having to remove it from the filetype, unless you're using that already.
The open in opus item can only be removed if Explorer Replacement is off, since it is required for it to work correctly.
