How to delete old revision?

Hello. Is there any possibility to delete old revisions of files?
Ex:
i have

273-КМД.КМ1.1 Деталь 62.pdf
273-КМД.КМ1.1 Деталь 62 и1.pdf
273-КМД.КМ1.1 Деталь 62 rev.2.pdf
273-КМД.КМ1.1 Деталь 62 rev.3.pdf

and i want to delete all of them except of the last, 273-КМД.КМ1.1 Деталь 62 rev.3.pdf

A script could do that, but you would have to define what you mean by "old revisions" very carefully, especially if they are not always indicated in the same way.
