How to do a search in metadata?

I keep information in the Description of a number of files. I can see the Description as a column in the relevant directory, but I'm wondering if there is a way to search the Description for specific text and then see the result as a filtered list of files containing the text that was searched for.

The Find utility can take care of this:

Thank you, that works. I had to enable the "Use wildcards" option to get exactly what I wanted.
