How to execute script from USB?

I have got some scripts (.vbs) which were executed with CScript.

How can I execute these scripts from USB?

Example:

CScript "<USB-Drive>\DOPUS\Scripts\Test.vbs"

Pathvariables like "/home" don't work with CScript/MS-DOS.

From the Opus manual, Command Control Codes section near the end:

{alias}
{aliasshort}

Allow the value of folder aliases to be passed to external programs as in {alias|work}
