Forgive me if I'm being stupid, but I cannot work out how increase the size of this bar:
I'd like to increase the size of everything in it (whilst leaving the size of other things in Opus, and on my system, unchanged).

Looks pretty wide already. The only way to make it even wider would be, to go into customize mode (right click on a blank area in the upper lister), and remove the buttons on the left, or move them into a different menu below the location bar. That would also require some dragging of that bar, to make it wider.
Go to Settings > Customize Toolbars and Keys, select the File Display toolbar, and change the font and icon sizes to larger ones.
You make me realise that I meant, not (any form of) larger, but taller. Apologies.

I had it wrong, sorry about that. Had looked at the screenshot and overlooked, that you want just a larger font.
That is gracious, but the fault was mine: I was ambiguous.
