How to lock/pin folders at the top or create multiple columns for name

The 1st picture is my goal to have it look like:
The 2nd picture shows how it is currently; I got 1& 2 working.
It is close with 3 & 4
With 3&4, is there a way to move (pin the Folders to the top of each column??)
Or make multiple columns, just for names?

I don't think you can do 3 & 4, although you could use a horizontal layout but that could get messy.
