How to modify a floating tool bar after upgrading from 12.3... to 13.1

I upgraded my Opus from 12.33 or more recent to 13.1 and now I forgot how I got my customized floating toolbar in the way it is now. Please give me a hint about the main steps I must follow to edit the customized floating bar. I am attaching a picture of part of the toolbar and how I see the customizing Opus editor. For example, the simplest thing, when I did the upgrade several of the paths of the applications that I had in the toolbar, now are broken, and I forgot how I was supposed to repair those paths.
I had not exported the older version yet.

Thanks!

If you install 13 over the top of 12, or import a config backup from 12 into 13, the toolbar and its configuration should be carried over automatically. Let us know if that didn't happen and we can look into it.

Which parts do you need help with? In general, just turn on the toolbar and edit it as you would any other.

If the toolbar is currently open in the main window and you want it to be floating, right-click it somewhere blank (where there isn't a button etc.) and there's a Float option in the menu that appears.

(Note that the Float option won't be there for the standard default toolbars, as floating makes any hotkeys a toolbar creates system-wide, which causes problems with those toolbars.)

Floating toolbar state may not be saved automatically, depending on configuration: Preferences / Toolbars / Options / Save state of floating toolbars automatically on exit.

If needed, save it explicitly via the Customize dialog's menu:

Updating Opus shouldn't change the paths of any other programs, but if the paths are wrong you just need to edit the buttons and change them.
