How to open the currently selected folder in the right-hand file display

Is there a way to select a folder in a lister and have DirectoryOpus open up a right-hand file display (i.e., split the lister into two file displays) and show the selected folder's contents in the right-hand file display?

For example, folders A, B, and C are currently displayed in a lister, Highlight folder B in the lister and cause Directory Opus to split the lister into two file displays. The contents of folder B are displayed in the right-hand file display and folders A, B, and C are still listed in the left-hand file display.

Perfect! It took me a couple of minutes to figure out what to do with your suggestion. I've never worked with scripts. I took what you provided above and attached it to a User Defined button.
