How to secure delete selected files already in RecycleBin?

AFAIK there is no way to (selectively) secure delete files that already have been deleted in the 'stardard way' and are in the recycle bin.
My workaround is to select those files and drag them into a\some temporary folder and then secure delete them there.
But maybe Opus does have a way to handle that?
