How to split "modified" column into "date" and "time"

I would like two split the Modified column into separate columns for date and time to improve readability. Is that possible?

There are three Modified columns to choose from:

Date/time (Modified)
Date (Modified)
Time (Modified)

So you just need to turn off the first one and turn on the other two.

So far I know, Time and Date are separated on modified column. Right click on a lister titlebar and select more option. Select Date (modified) & Time (modified).
