How to store sets of folders for 'Find' and 'Duplicate Folder' queries

I don't know if this is even possible, with DO, but I hope so.

There are a number of folders that I regularly search in, or check for duplicates, and rather than having to set the folders each time I've searched somewhere else, it would be really great if I could save different sets of folders.

Is this at all possible?
It seems like an obvious thing, so I suspect I just haven't been able to find it...

You can make a button that runs:

Find IN "C:\Folder 1" "D:\Folder\Folder 2"

This will open the find panel with those paths pre filled in.

I don't know how to make it work for the Duplicates panel.
