How to support Windows on ARM platform

@PolarGoose:
We had a discussion in the DO for Mac? thread about the Rust language.
My only argument was that it has no IDE backing.
Now I have found very good substantial arguments from a keen C++ insider, and I could add my argument for completion: Safety Beyond Memory: The Many Dimensions of Safety in C++.

The author, Volker Hillmann from Germany, is really passionate about C++.
Another interesting article to read is Rethinking C++. Is C++ Too Complex?, with nice discussion in the comments.

I will open a follow-up thread when RAD Studio/C++Builder runs native on ARM. I have already appropriate sample apps.
But this may take a while. Before that happens, they will probably provide a toolchain for cross-compiling to native ARM, which may happen soon.
For Visual Studio, it took also some time between the ARM cross-compiling feature and IDE running native on ARM.

There is now another attempt from Microsoft to push Windows on ARM with Windows 11 26H1, but for me it remains Windows on Apple silicon to date. :slightly_smiling_face:

Guido
