How to turn Filter Bar into Evaluator mode by command?

The Filter Bar now has an Evaluator mode.

VERY nice!

I can set the filter, but how do I turn on the Evaluator mode via command?

I thought Set QUICKFILTERFLAGS might have a flag, but that didn't seem to be the case.
