How to use the file/folder right click function? (created on your desktop)

When I try to use the file or folder functions such as copy, delete, rename that shop up the message "created on your desktop" when I right-click on mouse on a file or folder.

How can I use the file or folder function when I right-click on mouse on a file or folder?

Can you show a screenshot without all the text blurred out? I'm having trouble identifying the message.

Does that happen as soon as you right-click?

Or does it show a menu first?

Also some txt file has created ..... like this

There is no show the menu.. Just show the message.

Turn off Preferences / Miscellaneous / Advanced [Troubleshooting]: debug_icon_data (set it to False).
