Is it working in Explorer? If it isn't working in general, reinstalling it or asking for help from its authors might get it working.
Is it supposed to work, like in the viewer or as thumbnails? Been thinking about purchasing this.
Working in Explorer? What does that mean?
I need to view Adobe Illustrator thumbnails and files in Directory Opus. My desperate need is to avoid Adobe Bridge at all costs, and Directory Opus almost allows such, but I must be able to view Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign files in the interface.
Do you or is your company working on a way to do that? I would pay for that.

File Explorer, the file manager built into Windows, also shows thumbnails and has a viewer panel. Does the Ardfry codec work there on your machine?
If it isn't working anywhere then it probably just needs fixing in some way. Reinstalling it may fix it. If not, the authors of it are the best people to ask.
If it is working in Explorer but not in Opus then that's different and something we may be able to help with.
Hello,
My job has me working on a Windows 7 computer. The PSD codec doesn't work there which was the cause of my original message.
Came home, tested on Windows 10.
Windows Explorer before install:
Windows Explorer after install:
The difference is dramatic, thank you.
Any idea why I can't get it to work on Windows 7?
Thanks again,

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the codec on your Windows 7 machine - if that doesn't help you'll need to ask Ardfry for support.
