When many icon sets are installed, moving one to the top requires multiple clicks on the Move Up button. I propose adding a Move to Top button, or alternatively, adding this functionality to the Move Up button via right-click and the Alt+Shift+1 shortcut.

+1 for "Move To Top" button.
We've added this for the next update (shift + click on the up/down buttons to move to top/bottom).
