One more small question... is there a way to prevent label background to go under the file icon?
what is "Show in Label column" option can it help?

You can turn off labels in Thumbnails mode:
Preferences / File Display Modes / Thumbnails / Display labels

I need something like this
On top current display with label background colors under folder icons
Below the way I would like to look...
Merging Icons with the back ground makes them blurry. I would like them more clear with the defauld background.
There is an option to draw these icons without transparency but it takes time!

Label background colors fill the whole row. But you don't have to use them if you don't like the way they look; you could use the foreground colors only if you want.
