What do you think about adding option to lock folder.
We can imagine that when we want to open folder, box is display and ask password.
New section appears in Preferences/folder with a list of folder (like folder colors), fields to enter password for each folder, fields to display custom message when entering folders...
Aim: prevent user when he want to open folders. It’s not to protected folder because we’ll have possibility to open folder with explorer.
What do you think about that ?

Do I understand this correctly?
You want to restrict YOURSELF from opening folders? Why would you want to? Or do you want to restrict OTHER users from accessing folders? But then you should do this through means of Windows, i.e. by denying access (properties->security). And this should be done in admin mode so the normal user cannot circumvent this setting.
i want to restrict OTHER users from accessing folders or alert myself or other users from accesing folders.
i know that it's possible to restrict acces folders from windows (windows can be read picture and DO too, windows can play wav and DO too, windows have favorites and DO too...).
at home, computer are always log with the same user name and i dont want to switch between admin and other to acces folder.
Ah.. So, you want the possibility to notify the user when he is entering folders of sensitive, hazardous, etc. content.
Sounds like a good idea. But I would suggest just to display a message before granting access. Specifying a password is of no use as it can be avoided by using Exporer (which we don't want , eh 
) or reseting the password within Opus. If you really want to restrict access you should use the windows means. User rights and privileges are made for that.
