Image blowup preview in list mode

Hello,

is it possible to get an bigger preview of image files in the list mode by holding the left mouse button (for example)?
It takes sometimes long for that little preview popup which is shown when the mouse hover the images.

Thanks for any hint.

The time before the infotip is displayed is decided by the system double-click time (which is more a "how fast should Windows react to the mouse time").

Infotips show thumbnails and the maximum size is 256x256.

For a larger image preview, toggle the viewer pane on.

There was a shell extension for generating thumbnails of all kind of image formats, I installed that to have broad thumbnail support (just like DO) in all explorer-style file-open/save dialogs. If I'd only remember its name.. arg. I picked it up here in the forum I guess. To get to the point: It has an option to preview an image directly in the context menu, and the preview there was quite big, maybe that's something you can try and find of help.

ps: SageThumbs is the name of the extension, it really is worth installing I think (allthough I don't use it in DO).
