When i clicked an JPG image file , it is always open to Opus Image viewer, even when i 'Open with" other viewer program

How to make it to permanently go to the other viewer program (such as Picasa viewer)

Last time (before i reformat harddisk n reinstall Opus) it can works just fine

Turn off Preferences / File Operations / Double-click on Files / Use internal picture viewer.
