The Dopus viewer shows only part of the image for some file types but works fine for others.
Pdfs (about 99% of pdfs) are shifted to the right with the left portion of the Viewer Pane unused and the right portion of the pdf shifted out of view.
For Word documents (.docx) and emails (.msg) , the whole of the Viewer Pane is used, but only the left portion of the document is visible:
Powerpoint files (.pptx) use the whole Viewer Pane but have a scroll bar in the part of the way across the image:
The following files work fine (using the whole Viewer Pane not being but off and scroll bars in the correct position):
Excel (.xlsx)
Videos (.mov) and
pictures (.png, .jpg)
.HTML
I found one pdf among thousands (not sure why this one work consistently and others always have the problem described above)
I am unsure if this is related, but the zoom function is not working.
I am using Directory Opus 13.6 x64 build 8890 on Windows 11 Pro v 10.0.22631 via Parallels on a Mac M2 running Sonoma 14.5.
