I can't upload to my ImageShack account. Tried using my old ImageShack registration code (registration link), tried with the same code retrieved from them today, tried with newly created account – all in vain. 
Will be grateful for help.
Shouldn't you ask ImageShack via their support?
Seems to me I have to be more specific: I can't upload to my ImageShack account using Directory Opus. When I am using ImageShack toolbar for Firefox, for instance, there is no problem whatsoever.
Do you get any kind of error message?
It may be worth simply waiting and trying again tomorrow as sometimes the ImageShack API that Opus uses breaks for some reason. (Not sure if the ImageShack toolbar uses the same API or not.)
May also be worth checking if Opus can succeed in uploading anonymously by turning off the "registered account" checkbox in Preferences - Photo Sharing - Imageshack.
I just tested this using an account and it uploaded fine - can you give it another try? Maybe it was a transitory glitch of some sort.
Tried several times, yesterday and today – still no-go.

Did you try without using an account to see what happens?
BTW, once the upload finishes you still often have to wait a short time before the success message comes back from ImageShack and the URL is put into the clipboard.

Are you sure you have entered your registration code in the Opus Preferences page? And that the code is valid?
As I said I have tested this today and it definitely does work for me.

Well unless you want to PM me your account details so I can try it here, all I can suggest is that you contact ImageShack for support as I don't think there's anything more we can do.
FWIW I just tried uploading to an account and it worked okay for me as well. (Just in case it worked in the 64-bit Opus that I know Jon's using but not in the 32-bit version that I'm using.)

To make sure we're talking about the same thing, the registration code you need to put into Opus can be found here:

It will be a 32-digit hex number, i.e. consisting of just numbers and letters a-f. For example (using a made-up account number):
Problem solved.
I treated the entire link as a registration code, not only the last 32 characters.
