Just installed 12.15 and under File there is no Import Theme selection. I have searched everywhere and can not find a way to import a theme.
If you're looking at the File menu within the lister (main window), that's the wrong one.
From the lister, select Settings > Lister Themes to open the themes dialog.
Within the themes dialog, there is a File > Import Theme menu there.
