In dual mode, can you swap the panel order?

Often when I am in dual mode, I need to swap the panel order, so that bottom/right lister moves to the top/left and the top/left moves to the bottom/right.

Ideally moving all their respective tabs with them, if they have tabs that is. Is this possble??

Easiest way:

If the button isn't there, it has probably been turned off under Preferences / Location Bar / Options.
