Independant Drives Toolbar

Is it possible to have the drives toolbar setup such that they automatically work on their respective folder tree without having to first click on that folder? See attached view, I have dual folder trees, however the 2 drive toolbars both work on whatever folder tree is active. Can they be seperated so that they will work on their respective folders?

Use the OPENINLEFT or OPENINRIGHT argument for the drivebuttons.
