Is there a setting to adjust the delay for file/folder infotips ?

The delay before intotips/tooltips are triggered by the mouse is a system-wide setting. (It's probably based on the double-click time, although I'm not sure.)

The keyboard delay can be configured in Preferences, on the other hand.

Just been playing with XYplorer and noticed the tooltips for their toolbar icons are instant, also the file tips can be configured as well.
Can you put this as a feature request please.
