Initialisation wizard popup on rds

Hello,

I installed Dopus on 2 RDS's. For some reason (after a reboot) the initialization wizard keeps popping up. Ive tried to use systracer and export the reg that changes, but no luck.
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\* is full control for admin, and writeable for users on rds. But in any case after reboot of the rds the wizard is coming back.

Any solution to prevent this wizard coming back?

After rebooting the server, check that userdata.omd still exists below the settings folder (the one in your post).

That's the file which controls whether the initialization wizard appears.

If the file exists, what's inside it? It should have an <opus_meta_data ... tag that has a config_type="private" or similar attribute within it.

Thank you for your response Leo.

For the administrator the file exist, including the att. you mentioned.
However for users on RDS, ive just discovered the whole folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GPSoftware doesn't even exist (anymore) .

That would definitely cause a problem!

Is Dopus supported/compatible with rds server2012?
Only as domain admin the specific user files are written.

It should work fine. It sounds like the server has a problem with wiping the entire user profile folder on reboots? That isn't normal for RDS, surely?
