Hi there!
Playing around with the new and appreciated inline-rename behaviour in v10.2,
i came across a thought, which always comes up when i inline rename my files.
I have a lot of file and directory names with underscores in it (imagine date-stamped folders and files like yyyy_mm_dd..).
And as you know, "blanks" in filenames can give you headache from time to time when fiddling with command line interfaces and the like,
so I got used to make use of "_" and "-" whenever sensible.
But renaming those files in inline-rename mode is more work, because a selection done with ctrl-shift + left/right-arrow does not "stop"
at "_" and "-", it stops at " " (blanks) and "." (dots) fine though.. o) Maybe there is a an advanced option in the future, which takes
all the characters to stop at, when ctrl-shift-selecting filenames ?!
Thank you for reading.. o)
Have a nice weekend!
Rob.
