I have been using Opus 9 for years on a Windows Vista computer and am now changing to a new Windows 10 computer. As a registered user, I understand that I should be able to install Opus 11 on my new computer but after starting DOpusinstall.exe nothing happens - and no error message. Is this because I have first to remove the existing Opus 9 Pro from my account and replace it with Opus 11? If so, how do I do this? Any advice would be appreciated!

Please check the installer was fully downloaded, and re-download it from our website if needed (Opus 12, older versions).
Problems installing Opus has other suggestions if that doesn't work, although if the installer's signature is valid but it won't even start then I would suspect antivirus may be blocking it from launching.

Problem is now solved. Opus 11 is now installed OK
