"Installed Program Certificate has Expired" msg receive this evening!

I went to start Dopus v12.31 and all of of sudden I get a message that the "Installed Program Certificate has expired' and Dopus will not start !! I know you have the new version 13 but I'm running x86 not 64. I was under the impression that I could use the earlier version Dopus indefinitely. I purchased it in about 2016 I believe. So does this mean I am being forces to upgrade my computer just to run Dopus?? I hope this is not true!! Please explain what is going on and why I can not longer use Dopus!!

Purchased certificates do not expire. If you've reinstalled Opus recently you probably haven't actually installed your certificate, and so are running off the trial certificate.

Please post a screenshot of the licence manager if this doesn't explain it.

Thanks Jon. No. I have not reinstalled it or anything like that. I use it constantly.
But this is the first time anything like that has come up.

Jon, I went ahead and had it re-install the program certificate and it does seem to be working. I'm just puzzled as to what happened but as long as it is running I am happy. If it runs into issues, I'll contact you again. Thanks for your time.

As I guessed, you didn't have your certificate installed, so were running on the default 30 day trial period:

Compare that with what it says now that you have your real certificate installed.

Thanks Jon, but.. it has only been reinstalled once since my original purchase back in 2016. That was about 4 years or more back. It has not been touched besides program updates (v12). Plus it has never failed to start or continue to run.
Regardless it it working fine now and that is what counts !

Something may have deleted the licence file or some aspect of how it was installed. E.g. "cleaner" tools might do that.
